I recently helped throw a baby shower for my sister-in-law. It was my first experience planning and organizing a baby shower and let me tell you, it was quite a task. Baby showers are extremely involved. The number of party supplies I needed to get for this shower was insane! There’s the wishing well, the favors, the place settings, the games, the place cards, the guest book, the advice cards, the prizes for the games, the table centerpieces; just a lot of stuff.

There are so many aspects to throwing a baby shower that you don’t normally have at any other party. The baby shower party supplies you need to get can really add up. Also, the whole process can make you feel like a chicken running around with its head cut off because your local party supply store is more than likely not going to have all that you need. So you’re forced to run from one place to the next like a maniac. Another thing about the local party supply store - discount party supplies are not that easy to find. Don’t get me wrong, they’re there. There’s usually just not enough of whatever you are trying to buy. That’s why they are discounted. It’s very frustrating.

Fortunately for me, I did not waste too much time and money running around like a crazy person before a very good friend of mine directed me to this great online resource for discount party supplies. I bought everything I needed for the baby shower from one place - and all from the comfort of my own living room. And it was all super cute stuff! I didn’t feel like I was skimping on anything or short changing my sister-in-law because of cost. In fact, I got more than I normally would have because the prices were so great.

So, ladies, moral of the story is this. Baby showers are notoriously difficult parties to throw and organize. Do yourselves a big favor and take some of the headache out. Use the Internet. You won’t regret it.
