Neighborhood Halloween Party

I’ll tell you what, I live in a great development. Just as an example, our entire development hosts a Halloween party every year for the kids and adults. They host it in our clubhouse and the surrounding grounds and it is truly a fun time. The kids have a blast – lots of fun games and contests and, of course, candy. And the adults have fun too! We have our own costume contest as well as an open bar, which helps. And no one has to worry about driving home! My family and I have had so much fun at this Halloween party the past two years, I decided to join the planning committee as a way to give back.

This year the planning committee was a little worried about the Halloween party supplies for the event. In previous years, they were provided by a neighbor who owned a party supply store locally and was able to purchase all the supplies wholesale. This saved the development a lot of money. Unfortunately, this particular neighbor moved so we were stuck trying to figure out a viable alternative. Luckily, I had just recently used this fabulous online party supply store when I purchased birthday party supplies for my son’s party last month. This website is great because not only is the selection huge – more than 60,000 products – but all their supplies are either discount party supplies and/or sold in bulk. Their Halloween party supplies are wonderful – everything from tableware, to costumes, to inflatables, to makeup and accessories, to life size stand-ups! They also sell little trophies and sashes for Halloween awards like “Best Costume” and “Funniest costume.”When I showed the site to the other women on the committee, I earned instant popularity! They were in awe. Seriously, though, it is a huge load off the planning committee’s shoulders. With this site, we can still come in on the same budget as previous years. In these economic times, it’s hard to ask for more money. I am glad we don’t have to. You can bet where we’ll be getting our Christmas party supplies and New Year party supplies when the time comes for those parties!

In Love With Halloween

I’m 25 and I still love Halloweeen. Sad to say, I never quite grew out of it. I love being scared, I love dressing up, I love candy! Need I say more? It’s the best holiday ever! Anyway, the past couple of years, Halloween has been totally lame. I feel like all my friends are completely losing their enthusiasm with it and it’s bumming me out. I know what you’re thinking. Grow up! But you know what I say to that? Lighten up! Adults can have fun and be goofty and silly too. It’s what keeps me sane.

But, I digress. The point is, the past two Halloween parties I’ve gone to with my frieds have been so lame you wouldn’t even know it was a Halloween party, except for the couple of pumpkins half-heartedly strewn about the place in a pathetic attempt to make it festive. Only half of the people there even bothered to dress up!

This year, I’m throwing the Halloween party and it is my mission to make it the best Halloween party ever. First off, I found this great online party supply store that has over 60,000 party supplies. The variety on this site is fabulous. They have every kind of party supply you could possibly imagine and then some – birthday party supplies of all shapes and flavors, retirement party supplies, themed party supplies like movie theater night and casino night, plus Christmas party supplies and New Year party supplies which is good to know in the upcoming months. On top of all that, all the supplies are either discount party supplies and/or sold in bulk. This means I can go totally over the top with my decorations without going totally over budget. Perfect!

This site also has a huge variety of Halloween costumes! Plus Halloween makeup and accessories! I am going to purchase a few embarrassing costumes, like a hot dog or a banana man, for the Lame-Os who show up in regular attire. If I get a lot of Lame-Os, I’m also going to have the accessories and makeup so they can at least get a little into the spirit of things. I am determined to have a super-fun Halloween party!

Halloween Party Supplies for the School Year

It’s been a couple of hairy weeks, but the kids are finally settled in their new school routine. We’ve got homework times, football practice, soccer practice, and track and field to contend with, but we’re beginning to feel like we’ve got the swing of things. As a parent, it’s stressful when you’re kids go back to school. There is so much more to do, on top of the fact that your own job seems to intensify at the same time. Gone are the relaxing days of summer. We’ve now entered school/holiday season. Don’t get me wrong, I love the holidays as much as the next person. It’s just that things get so hectic around the holidays and it can get really stressful, especially piled on top of everything else going on. And there’s one every month starting in October with Halloween. This year, I’ve gotten a leg up on the whole craziness, at least on the party supply front.

This past summer I discovered this really great website for party supplies. It offers over 60,000 party supplies, all either discount party supplies and/or sold in bulk. I came across the site in a desperate search for baby shower party supplies for my sister. She wanted a vintage, old fashioned themed baby shower – a throw back to the old days so to speak – and finding party supplies to suit that theme was a total pain. However, this site had the perfect vintage baby shower party supplies. Honestly, the variety and options on this site are insane!

Anyway, last night I went online after the kids were asleep and ordered all my Halloween party supplies, including costumes. Let me tell you, my house is going to be decked out this year. I fear I may have gone a little overboard, but the party supplies are so unique and cost effective, I couldn’t help myself. I also purchased all my Thanksgiving party supplies, Christmas party supplies, and New Year party supplies. I am fully prepared for the holiday season! It’s such a nice feeling knowing it’s all taken care of. I feel less stressed already! Now if I could only cost effectively order a chauffeur online to cart my kids around everywhere, I’d be set!

Halloween Party Supplies for the (Former) Halloween Hater

OK, I admit it, I am not a big fan of Halloween. I don’t enjoy dressing up, I hate scary movies, and I’m not that big into candy. I’d much rather wolf down a bag of potato chips and they don’t give those out on Halloween. However, a couple of years ago, when my little boy Gabriel started showing interest in the holiday, my view of Halloween began to change. Then, last year when Gabriel was three, something happened that propelled me to do a complete 180 about Halloween.

We were at a friend’s house for a kids Halloween party. She has a son Gabriel’s age. She had the entire house decked out in Halloween fare. It was insane! She had a maze set up for them in the backyard and a whole haunted house adventure throughout her home. Gabriel had a blast! He loved the whole thing- dressing up, being scared and spooked, all of it. On the ride home he asked me how come we don’t have a “cool Halloween house” like that. I told him mommy never liked Halloween that much before. “Oh,” he said with a look that near broke my heart. I resolved right then and there to have a “cool Halloween house” the following year and every year after for as long as he’s into it.

I asked my friend where she had gotten all her party supplies and she raved and raved about this party supply website that sells nothing but discount party supplies - over 60,000 of them. That explains how she was able to decorate her house so much without breaking the bank. I checked out the site yesterday and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. Talk about variety! The Halloween party supplies were so extensive, it was insane! They even had Halloween costumes, including the perfect Dracula costume for Gabriel. (I think he wants to be Dracula just because he likes the cereal so much.) I spent over an hour looking at all the different party supplies on the site, from birthday party supplies, to bachelorette party supplies, to baby shower party supplies, to you name it they’ve got it party supplies. I also took a quick peek at their Christmas party supplies and New Year party supplies, which are fabulous as well by the way. You can guess where I’ll be getting those!

Tonight, Gabriel is going to the ball game with his Dad, so my plan is to spend some more time on the website. I am going to put together the coolest Halloween house my son has ever seen. I never could have done that without this site.

Halloween Madness!

My boyfriend and I are huge Halloween fans. We both love the holiday and in fact, we met at a Halloween party! We recently took the big step and moved in together about a month ago so we decided it would be perfect to throw a Halloween party as our official housewarming party. Because of the significance to our relationship and because we are both Halloween fanatics anyways, I have definitely gone a little nuts with my Halloween party supplies. I’m doing a whole haunted house theme and it’s getting a little crazy!

Thankfully, I’ve been able to keep well within the budget even though I’ve gotten so much cool stuff. This is due to an online party supply store I got turned onto by a friend who used it for baby shower party supplies one time. Let me tell you, this site is like a gift from heaven. Seriously! First, there are some 60,000 party supplies to choose from, so there is no lack of variety!

They have all types of birthday party supplies as well as seasonal/holiday supplies like Christmas party supplies and New Year party supplies. Plus, they have things like sports party supplies, themed party supplies like the 60s or a luau, retirement party supplies, even religious party supplies. You name it, they’ve got it. But the best part is, all the supplies are discount party supplies or bulk party supplies! You really can’t go wrong. When the boxes of party supplies first came for our Halloween party and my boyfriend got a glimpse of how much I ordered, I thought he was going to lose it. Literally, all the blood drained from his face! It was scary. But when I showed him the invoice, that sickly look was replaced with a huge grin and big hug. My only worry now is that since I was able to get so much great stuff to decorate with, our house will be so unrecognizable no one will really know what it looks like! Oh well, I think that’s a pretty good worry. It’s going to be a blast of a party, I just know it!

Halloween Party Supplies

Well, it’s begun. Every grocery store, drug store and party supply store is stocked and brimming with Halloween party supplies, decorations and costumes. Problem is they all tend to look the same and, nine times out of ten, they are overpriced. Halloween is a really fun holiday for kids and adults alike, but if it strains your wallet, the fun usually goes right out of it. With gas prices what they are, and the economy where it stands, and the unemployment rate up, this is a year where Halloween can easily become more of a strain than the fun time it should be. That is, unless you purchase all your Halloween party supplies from this wonderful online party supply store I discovered.

I came across this site about six months ago. A neighbor had used it to purchase birthday party supplies for her son’s cowboy themed birthday party. I was so impressed with the decorations and party supplies I ended up asking her about it. Well, she raved and raved about this particular site for so long, I felt obligated to check it out. She was not exaggerating. There are some 60,000 party supplies on this website and they are all either discount party supplies and/or sold in bulk. Fabulous! Plus, the quality is excellent. The first time I used the site was for baby shower party supplies for my sister who, by the way, is extremely particular when it comes to things like that. She loved them all!

For Halloween, they have hundreds of party supplies including tableware, decorations of all kinds, and costumes – costumes for babies, toddlers, children, teens and adults! Basically, anything and everything you could ever want or need when it comes to Halloween. In my mind, it’s a no-brainer. You can either get overpriced, generic Halloween party supplies at your local drug store or you can get discount party supplies that are unique and fabulous from the comfort of your own home! This year, I’m going to dress up as a flapper. There’s this really great red flapper costume on this website and it’s very reasonably priced. I can’t wait!

So now when you walk into your local drugstore you can confidently pass by all those expensive Halloween party supplies. Same thing goes for your Christmas party supplies and New Year party supplies when that craziness rolls around. And as you pass them all by, do as I do: fondly remember the time earlier that morning when you sat with a cup of coffee in your pajamas and ordered all you’ll ever need online. It’s so much fun!

Halloween Party Supplies for the Single Mother

I am recently divorced and living in a small apartment with my two young kids, Anna and Nathan. My ex-husband gives what he can, but he is unfortunately not very reliable when it comes to things like that. The three of us have been living in this apartment for about a year now since my husband and I first separated. In fact, it was exactly one week before Halloween last year that the three of us moved in. It was hard on the kids for many reasons and it was an especially hard and depressing Halloween for them. I fear Halloween will always have a bitter note to it and that’s not what I want for my kids.

Halloween in an apartment building is just not as festive as it was on their old block where neighbors had fun Halloween decorations up weeks in advance. This year I am determined things will be different for them. I have decided to take it upon myself to decorate my entire apartment building, with the largest concentration being my floor and the lobby. I suppose you’re wondering how a single mother can afford that many Halloween party supplies. Quite frankly, my financial situation has not gotten all that much better in the past year. However, I have found this great online party supply store that sells discount party supplies and party supplies in bulk. Best of all, the quality is good and the selection is huge. They have everything from birthday party supplies of all shapes and sizes, to baby shower party supplies, to “Over the hill” party supplies, to themed party supplies, to you name it they’ve got it party supplies! It’s a wonderful resource for all mothers and especially for mothers in my type of situation.

This year my kids will have a festive holiday season, kicking off with an awesome Halloween. You can already guess where I’ll be purchasing all my Thanksgiving party supplies, Christmas party supplies and New Year party supplies. It’s been a rough year for my kids and last year’s holiday season was no fun at all for them. This year needs to be different. This site has made that possible.

Party Supplies for the Classroom Mother

I have two kids, two boys actually – Nathan and Gabriel, five and seven respectively. My boys go to a small Catholic school. Every year they select a mother for each class to be what is known as classroom mother. Basically, it means I am in charge of all classroom parties and affairs as far as organizing and decorating. This year I’ve somehow managed to get roped into being both Nathan and Gabriel’s classroom mother, don’t ask me how. I’ve done this once before when Nathan was in kindergarten and let me tell you, it’s not easy. You’d be surprised how many different “occasions” there are during the school year. You’ve got to have Halloween party supplies for Halloween, Thanksgiving party supplies for Thanksgiving, Christmas party supplies for Christmas, even New Years party supplies for when the kids come back after Christmas break. Plus, birthday party supplies at all different times throughout the school year. Keep in mind that this is a small Catholic school so the budget they give us classroom mothers for this type of thing is not large. Thankfully, the parents usually chip in a certain amount each year to add to that fund which helps tremendously. Even with that help, though, it’s still a pretty tight budget.

All I can say is thank goodness for the Internet. A couple of years ago, one of the classroom mothers found this great online party supply store when she was desperately searching for baby shower party supplies. The whole site is nothing but discount party supplies – 60,000 of them actually. There’s so much to choose from it’s insane! It makes being a classroom mother so much easier. I can pick and choose all the party supplies I’ll need from the comfort of my own home with just a couple clicks of the mouse. I don’t know how past classroom mothers managed to do it all before there was the Internet! All that running around must have been exhausting.

Halloween Party Supplies = Birthday Party Supplies

I am a mother of three. They are six, four, and two. Their names in order are David, Grace, and Madison. My eldest, David, was born October 31, 2001. You wouldn’t think it, but it’s hard on a kid to have his birthday fall on Halloween. David’s birthday has never entirely been about him, as much as we have tried to make it that way. My husband and I have compensated as much as we could by having Halloween the day after his birthday, November 1st. Thankfully, I live in a nice development with very nice neighbors who have helped make this possible.

This year, things are going to be different. My son came up to me about a month ago and informed me that he no longer wanted to separate his birthday and Halloween. He felt he should embrace Halloween. (I think he’s seen Oprah with me one too many times.) He told me he wanted to do this for his sisters’ sake. It really was the sweetest thing ever!

So, this year I’m going to try to cleverly mix distinct birthday party supplies with my Halloween party supplies and decorations. I should have no problem, especially if I use this online party supply store I discovered a year ago when I was on the search for Christmas party supplies and New Year party supplies. The selection is huge, first of all- some 60,000 party supplies. But the best part is that they are all either discount party supplies or sold in bulk or both. It’s really a wonderful resource for working moms like me. It makes my life so much easier!

David is such a sweet little boy and I think it’s so great that he’s putting his sister first like this. I’m going to make sure this is his best birthday yet and make it really special for him. This is the kind of behavior you want to reward, that’s for sure.

Halloween Party Supplies

My kids, like all kids, are obsessed with Halloween this time of year. I would venture to say that my kids are a little more obsessed than the average American kid. This is largely due to their father who, at age 39, is as crazy about Halloween as he was when he first discovered the holiday. Actually, truth be told, I get pretty nuts myself. Last year for Halloween my husband and I threw a Halloween party for the kids and their friends. It was a huge success. The kids loved it. My husband constructed a haunted maze in our backyard and I turned the inside of the house into a very spooky, haunted, scary house. I went so far overboard you could hardly recognize the house when I was done. The kids had a blast. Unfortunately, mommy and daddy broke the bank on the Halloween party supplies.

I made the mistake of doing what I always did, which was buy my party supplies from my local party supply store. It cost me a fortune! Thankfully, I recently discovered this online party supply store that has all discount party supplies. Plus, they have a huge selection, some 60,000 party supplies. I was just on it the other day purchasing my Halloween party supplies for this year’s haunted bash. I was able to get even more this time and it cost me a ton less! I discovered the site through my neighbor actually. She had used it to buy baby shower party supplies for her sister’s shower. The decorations were so cute I was compelled to ask her where she got them. When she told me of the website it sounded almost too good to be true. I went online that same day to check it out and sure enough my neighbor was right. I know this sounds dorky, but I was so excited! Being a mother of four, this stuff is important. Now I’ve got all my birthday supplies covered, not to mention the holiday ones like Christmas party supplies and New Year party supplies.

I think this year’s Halloween party is going to be a huge success again. Who knows? Maybe it will become a tradition. (That is until they grow out of it!)
